Ponderosa Active Adult Project <br />Revisions to PUD Application Description May 20, 2008 <br />Plan 3: (minor footprint and rear yazd setback change) <br />1. The size is increased from 2,257 to 2,363 squaze (+ 106 squaze feet) by incorporating the <br />retreat into the main bedroom. Additional square footage was added by expanding the depth <br />of the great room. (see WHA Sheet A3.0). <br />2. The nook, vestibule and reaz porch is shifted slightly toward to rear resulting in the tear yard <br />dimension at the nook being changed from 17 to 14 feet. (see A3.0). <br />3. The hip roof design at the rear of the house at the main bedroom is a gable due to the retreat <br />modification and to improve rooftop solar orientation (see WHA, Sheet A3.1). <br />4. Redesign the main bathroom and provide options for a dressing room or exercise room in <br />lieu of the den/media/bedroom standazd plan. <br />5. Minor window relocations and/or adjustments have been made to enhance interior natural <br />lighting and/or minimize privacy impacts. (see A3.1). <br />Plan 4: (same changes as Plan 3, but including the optional second floor level) <br />An option for a super loft (over dining room) was clarified in the program. Thus the total <br />squaze footage for this model plan is 2,776, and up to 2,918 if the super loft option is <br />selected. (see WHA, Sheet A4.0 and A4.1). <br />The selected plan sheets to be colored will be provided as part of the presentation (in addition to <br />the disc formatted for the PowerPoint) in addition to the exterior color schemes of which there <br />are three per each elevation style.
