Before undertaking such <br />project it should he discussed in public (using newspaper, internet etc). what is the purpose is it replacing the highways <br />with driveways) . what are the benefits for the Plea anion cIti zen s? Who will finance the project I do not thinly any of <br />us agreed to cut a piece of his budget)? what are potential environmental impacts? <br />I do not object that some improvements can be made to the town infrastructure. But this should be considered as are <br />integral project for the whop town.
