Due to the commuter traffic continuously streaming down Santa Rita from Stoneridge, it is almost impossible to male a left turn from Sutter Gate St, to northbound Santa Rita. I have attached copies of photos taken in December, 2008, just after sunset. The last two attachments show the continuous stream of traffic, the first attachment shows the intersection of Stoneridge and 2/19/2009
