Notice the ear turning from the second turn lane on a red light and stopped - "illegal". <br />I have emalled each council member previously to meet me at the intersection of Sutter date and Santa <br />Rita during afternoon commuter hours and attempt to make the left turn. Bone of the council members <br />responded to me.
