C.7: Provide bus stop pullouts on Stoneridge Drive /Auto Mall Place.
C.8: Require six foot wide sidewalks and six foot wide landscape strips along
Stoneridge Drive, Auto Mall Place, and El Charro Road, as shown in Figures I -V 1, IV -2,
IV -4, IV -6, and IV -7. Sidewalks may be wider within the Community Park and
Neighborhood Park. Caltrans may require a
monolithic sidewalk within its right of way.
C.9: Require public review if emergency access points are proposed to be eliminated.
C.10: Work with Zone 7 and local residents to create pedestrian and bicycle connections
to the north side of the Arroyo Mocho.
C.11: Work with Zone 7 to make the potential regional trail an asphalt multi use trail with
a running path.
C.12: Work with Zone 7 to consider a paved pedestrian and bicycle connection to a
potential multi use asphalt trail with running path on the south side of the Arroyo Mocho,
if deemed appropriate by the City Council.
C.13: Consider a future four lane extension, with tum lanes, of Stoneridge Drive to El
Charro Road consistent with the General Plan.
C.14: A future extension of Stoneridge Drive to El Charro Road would require the
entrance road into the Community Park to be relocated such that it aligns with the entrance
road into the Continuing Care Community and Neighborhood Park.
C.15: Provide an access route through the southwest comer of the site for maintenance
vehicles, pedestrians, and bicyclists to reach the Arroyo Mocho maintenance road.
Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan Amendment/Staples Ranch
Draft October, 2008
47
