community park site. A number of these public improvements have been constructed as
the Specific Plan has developed, including the Arroyo Mocho flood control
improvements and relocation and the El Charro Road bridges, the four lane extension of
Stoneridge Drive from Kamp Drive to Trevor Parkway, dedication of the Mohr
Elementary School site, and dedication and improvements of all or portions of Neilson,
Meadows, and Amaral Parks. A two lane Stoneridge Drive bridge across the Arroyo Mocho to serve the
planned continuing care community and the neighborhood and community parks;
2. 17 acre community park land dedication;
3. Improvements to El Charro Road from the I -580 interchange through the Jack
London Boulevard/Auto Mall Place intersection and any improvements (such as
striping) to El Charro Road east of the retail/commercial site which are needed for
the project and are not constructed by Livermore;
4. Improvements to Stoneridge Drive at its easterly end to accommodate continuing
care, neighborhood park, and community park traffic;
5. Improvements to Auto Mall Place to accommodate auto mall and retail/
commercial traffic (not through traffic); and
6. Dedication of right of way for future Stoneridge Drive, El Charro Road, and the I-
580 interchange to accommodate General Plan contemplated designs
Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan Amendment /Staples Ranch
Draft October, 2008
60
