service provided_that such status monitoring is technically and economically <br />feasible to Grantee's reasonable satisfaction. <br />4.8 Technical Standards <br />The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Rules and Regulations, <br />Part 76, Subpart K (Technical Standards), as amended from time to time, shall <br />apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law. <br />4.9 Right of Inspection <br />Grantor shall have the right to inspect all construction, reconstruction or <br />installation work performed subject to the provisions of the Franchise and other <br />pertinent provisions of law, and as part of Grantor's obligation to protect the <br />public health, safety and welfare of its citizens. <br />~a <br />
