SECTION 5 SERVICES AND PROGRAMMING <br />5.1 Services and Programming <br />Grantee shall provide Grantor and all Subscribers with a list of program <br />services offered, which list shall be updated at least annually. Grantee shall not <br />reduce the number of program services without thirty (30) days prior written <br />notification to the Grantor and System Subscribers, or as soon as feasible if <br />subject reduction is not under the control of the Grantee. Grantee shall, as a <br />minimum, continue to provide the broad categories of programming services <br />offered on the effective date of this Agreement throughout the term of this <br />Agreement. <br />5.2 Leased Channel Service <br />Grantee shall offer leased channel service on terms and conditions and in <br />accordance with applicable law and regulation. <br />19 <br />
