F.1 <br />(1 Point) <br />The green building checklist (measures) shall be shown on one of the first two <br />sheets of the plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division. Each point <br />identified shall have a notation indicating the sheet the point can be found, and each <br />sheet shall note where the point is located. All green building measures shall be <br />shown throughout the plan set, as appropriate, as determined by the Director of <br />Community Development or his designee. <br />TOTAL REQUIRED MEASURES: 4 <br />TOTAL REQUIRED POINTS: 3 POINT <br />ACHIEVED POINTS <br />The following points were given full credit; however, additional information may be required <br />when submitting to the Building and Safety Division. <br />A.1.a <br />The project is located within Pleasanton's urban growth boundary defined by the <br />City's General Plan. The project is not located on wetlands or steep slopes, prime <br />farmland or parkland (as defined by the U.S. Department of Agriculture), within 100 <br />feet of wetlands, or in an area identified as habitat for any species on Federal or <br />State threatened or endangered lists. <br />A.1.d The site is already developed, therefore, sanitary sewer lines and electric /gas <br />connections are already in place onsite. <br />(1 Point) <br />D.12 Clothes washers and dryers are provided for residents at a laundry facility located in <br />a central area onsite. <br />(1 Point) <br />TOTAL ACHIEVED POINTS: 3 <br />DISCOUNTED POINTS <br />The following points were discounted because there was not enough information, plan notes <br />and /or calculations were not provided- These points can be achieved once staff receives the <br />supporting materials. <br />A.1.b <br />(1 Point) <br />Demolition /redevelopment plans were not provided. Supporting <br />plans /documentation for the existing building that is being redeveloped needs to be <br />provided.
