029682 <br /> <br />funding of such improvements in whichever manner best achieves <br />timely completion of such improvements concurrent with the <br />development of the subject site. The City may rpquire <br />funding by (1) assessment district or districts in Which <br />Developer agrees to place the subject site; (2) benefit <br />district proceedings; or (3) any other mechanism or combination <br />of mechanisms determined necessary by the City Epgineer <br />and/or the City Attorney. ~ <br /> <br />IV. FIRE SERVICE STUDY <br /> <br /> Developer agrees to participate in the funding of a <br />study of the fire service requirements made necessary by the <br />subject project and other major commercial/industrial projects <br />in order to maintain existing levels of fire service in <br />accordance with City's General Plan policies, said study <br />being in progress at this time. The Develope~'s share of <br />the total cost of the study shall be determined by the City <br />Manager, but shall not exceed $1,500. Developer shall pay <br />to the City the Deve~oper's share of the total cost within <br />one month of notification by the City Manager of demand for <br />payment and the amount thereof. <br /> <br />FIRE SERVICE REQUIREPZNTS <br /> <br />Developer agreesto participate in the financing of the <br />apparatus, manpower, and other fire safety facilities <br /> <br />fire <br /> <br />required to serve the subject project or made necessary due <br />to the cumulative development of major commercial/industrial <br />projects.
