THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br />This Third Amendment to Agreement ("Third Amendment") is entered into this 4th day of March <br />2026 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and Tri-Valley Haven ("Contractor”). <br /> <br />Whereas, on July 1, 2023 the City and Contractor entered into an Agreement Concerning the <br />Allocation of Housing & Human Services Grant (HHSG) Funds for Fiscal Year 2023 (23/24), which <br />was amended by the First Amendment to Agreement dated October 9, 2024 and by the Second <br />Amendment to Agreement dated July 1, 2025 (collectively the “Agreement”); and <br /> <br />Whereas, on March 3, 2026 additional CDBG funds were approved to be provided to <br />Contractor for Fiscal Year 2025 (25/26); and <br /> <br />Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section IV. Budget, the Program Budget will be increased by an additional $224,630 in federal <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funds for Fiscal Year 2025 (25/26); and <br /> <br />2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3. This Third Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an <br />original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. Counterparts may be delivered via <br />facsimile, electronic mail (including pdf or any electronic signature complying with U.S. federal E- <br />Sign Act of 2000 (15 U.S. Code §7001 et seq.), California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act <br />(Cal.
