~~ <br />A(~RFRMF.NT <br />~' <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into .this day <br />of '~~~" 1983 by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />a .municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred. to as "City"), <br />and VICKIE bIAZ, HERBERT SINGLETON, WAYNE SINGLETON, r~EL DUMAS, <br />KEN QUICK and JACKIE RICKENBACH (hereinafter collectively <br />ref erred to as "'Owners") . <br />W I T N E S SETH: <br />A. Owners are the. owner of property within the City of <br />..Pleasanton commonly described as 344. Division Street (hereafter <br />the ''Premises") . <br />B. Owners have applied for a conditional use vermit to <br />allow an off-set printing. and. copying business to locate at <br />the Premises. <br />C. As a condition of approval of the conditional use <br />permit, City has required Owners to enter an agreement agreeing <br />to participate in a parking assessment district should one be <br />established in the area bounded by Division Street, Main Street,.: <br />Rose Avenue and Peters Avenue. <br />D. Owners recognize the shortage of parking spaces <br />within the area of the Premises and recognize..the value to <br />the Premises of additional parking which coulc be made available <br />to the Premises. <br />E. Owners wish to proceed with the lease of Premises <br />for, among other uses, the off-set printing. and copying business <br />and, therefore, wish to agree to participate in a parking assess- <br />went district. <br />-1- <br />
