(CCI) continue its work in expediting Caltrans approvals <br /> associated with the 1 -580 Fallon Road /EI Charro Road interchange. <br /> As discussed Cordoba Consulting Inc. (CCI) is pleased to present this proposal to <br /> perform limited project management services for this important City infrastructure <br /> improvement project. <br /> It is our understanding that time is of the essence and that the City desires CCI to <br /> aggressively manage and coordinate the various Caltrans deliverables and <br /> associated agreements required as a result of the interchange improvements in the <br /> Caltrans right of way. The following scope of services details our approach and <br /> specific tasks for this assignment: <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Task#1 Description <br /> Project Management Assistance for the 1 -580 Fallon Road Interchange <br /> Improvements in the Cities of Dublin and Pleasanton. <br /> Work under this task includes assisting Dublin staff with project management <br /> services for the proposed 1 -580 Fallon Road /EI Charro interchange improvements <br /> project. This will include establishment and active participation in agency review <br /> meetings with Caltrans and the City of Pleasanton staff. These critical meetings <br /> serve as a mechanism to follow —up on outstanding action items and to coordinate <br /> EXHIBIT "B" OF FUNDING AGREEMENT <br />
