(b) Remove marks, stains, fingerprints and other soil or • <br />dirt from painted, decorated, and natural- finished woodwork and <br />other work; <br />(c) Remove spots, mortar, plaster, soil and paint from <br />ceramic tile, marble, and other finish materials and wash or wipe <br />clean; <br />(d) Clean fixtures, cabinetwork and equipment, removing <br />stains, paint, dirt, and dust and leave in undamaged, new <br />condition; <br />(e) Clean aluminum in accordance with recommendations of <br />the manufacturer; and <br />(f) Clean resilient floors only with detergent on a wet mop <br />containing only enough moisture to clean off any surface dirt or <br />dust and buff dry by machine to bring the surfaces to sheen." <br />6. Add the following language to Section 4.16.1: <br />"The Contractor shall also forward a copy of all such <br />communications to the Owner." <br />7. Add a new Section 4.19.1 as follows: <br />"4.19.1 The Contractor shall provide all documents, reports <br />and other information requested by any lender, the Architect <br />and /or Owner's Representative, and shall cooperate with such <br />lender to the fullest extent possible." <br />8. Add the following additional language to Section 5.2.4: <br />"5.2.4 The Owner may require the Contractor to change any <br />Subcontractor previously approved and, if at such time the <br />Contractor is not in default hereunder, the contract sum shall be <br />increased or decreased by the difference in cost occasioned by <br />such change." <br />54934 <br />
