Commencement Date shall mean June 1, 1988, as set forth <br />in Section 3 of this Lease. <br />Elderly Household shall mean: <br />(i) families of two or more persons the head of <br />which is 62 years of age or older; or <br />(ii) the surviving member or members of any <br />family described in paragraph (i) above living in a dwelling unit <br />with the deceased member of the family at the time of his /her <br />death; <br />older; <br />(iii) a single person who is 62 years of age or <br />(iv) two persons, each 62 years of age or older, <br />living together, or one or more such persons living with another <br />person who is determined by Lessee, based upon a licensed <br />physician's certification provided by the prospective tenant <br />household, to be essential to their care or well- being. <br />Elderly Very Low Income Household shall mean an Elderly <br />Household which also qualifies as a Very Low Income Household. <br />Elderly Lower Income Household shall mean an Elderly <br />Household which also qualifies as a Lower Income Household. <br />Elderly Moderate Income Household shall mean an Elderly <br />Household which also qualifies as a Moderate Income Household. <br />Elderly Pleasanton Resident shall mean an Elderly <br />Household who or which has resided in the City of Pleasanton for <br />at least ninety (90) days. <br />First Mortgaae Loan shall mean the construction or <br />permanent mortgage loan evidenced by a promissory note from <br />Lessor and secured by a first deed of trust on the Project. <br />C:GDLEASE.EHI -4- <br />
