Evidence of successful completion of a degree or <br /> certificate shall consist of either of the following: <br /> 1. Diploma or certificate indicating the major <br /> field of study. <br /> 2. Letter from the college registrar certifying <br /> award of the degree or certificate and the <br /> major field of study. <br /> B. Evidence of completion of the required accredited <br /> semester units or quarter hour equivalents may <br /> consist of any of the following: <br /> 1. College transcript of grades. <br /> 2. Official grade slips from each of the courses. <br /> 3. Letter from tlhe college registrar certifying <br /> the completion of each course with a grade of <br /> "C" or better. <br /> -26- <br />
