Issue Resolved by: <br /> parcels combined, as stated on p. 13. There <br /> was less clear -cut support for the text in the <br /> Live/Work section. However, when the live /work <br /> space was described as "live /work or other <br /> "active" space" there appeared to be majority <br /> support for the guidelines as stated on p. 14. <br /> "Active" space would allow for "Active" uses such <br /> as an exercise room, management offices, <br /> building showroom or other like uses. <br /> • "Bigger Picture" Issues: These are issues that have been raised by the Task Force or <br /> at the Joint Workshop that will not be resolved within the Hacienda TOD Standards <br /> and Design Guidelines document.
