This Task Order is based on the Tri-Valley Intergovernmental Reciprocal Services Master <br /> Agreement signed and dated on December 4, 2014. All other items not mentioned in this Task <br /> Order shall follow the Tri-Valley Intergovernmental Reciprocal Services Master Agreement and <br /> the associated requirements in Exhibit B (Standard Terms and Conditions) of the Master <br /> Agreement, including but not limited to indemnification(Section 9 of Exhibit B of the Master <br /> Agreement—not attached). <br /> No Assignment <br /> The Implementing Agency providing the service shall not assign or subcontract any of the <br /> services to non-public agency staff without the prior consent of the Program Partner receiving <br /> the service. <br /> Exhibit A: Insurance Provisions <br />
