C -499 through SI -3 in the amount of $3,019.58 be approved for payment.. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Harding, McWilliams, and Vice Mayor Cairo <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Long <br />Vice Mayor Cairo recessed the meeting to a Personnel Session at 11 :20 P.M. <br />Vice Mayor Cairo reconvened the meeting at 12 :01. Vice Mayor Cairo stated that <br />no decision was reached regarding the appointment of a Planning Commissioner. <br />After some discussion regarding the appraisal of the property of Mrs. Chester <br />Rossi, it was moved by Councilman Harding the seconded by Councilman McWilliams <br />that Resolution No. 65 -152 authorizing the City Attorney to file condemnation <br />proceedings on said property be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Harding, McWilliams, and Vice Mayor Cairo <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Long <br />There being no further business, it was moved by Councilman McWilliams and second- <br />ed by Councilman Harding that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in regular <br />session at 8 :00 P.M. on September 7, 1965. <br />Respectfully submitted <br />Patsy Lyyfid, Deputy City Clerk <br />Reno Cairo, Vice Mayor <br />A ciO3 <br />Oa3J <br />
