AGREEMENT
Mayor Long opened discussion on the above matter by indicating that the purpose of
the joint meeting between the Council and V.C.S.D. was to review the two agreements
between the City and V.C.S.D. and Schulte Blackwell and V.C.S.D. He went on to say
that although the City was not directly involved with the agreement between Schulte
Blackwell and V.C.S.D., it was understood that the execution of the agreement between
the City and V.C.S.D. was contingent upon the first agreement.
