ATTACHMENT 2: PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> From: Ellen Holt <br /> Sent: Wednesday, March 27, 2019 2:53 PM <br /> To: Mayor and City Council <br /> Subject: Downtown Planning <br /> Dear City Council Members, <br /> I am a long term resident of Pleasanton and am very concerned about the <br /> proposed recommendations for our downtown. <br /> I urge you to please reject the task force recommendations for our downtown. <br /> It's alarming that this groups purpose was to focus on a "vibrancy plan" <br /> would now suggest that increased housing and rezoning Barone's would <br /> accomplish that. If these changes are allowed only the developers win, not <br /> the citizenry. We will never have the opportunity to undo this damage. <br /> Our future is in your hands.
