The Association will provide information to the established trade <br /> associations/programs, including the Hispanic-American, Asian- <br /> American and African-American Chambers of Commerce to attract <br /> diverse ethnic and women vendors; and <br /> <br /> 2. The Association will develop its own outreach programs for ethnic <br /> organizationsand community groups using the County as a guide. <br /> <br />D. Entertainment <br /> <br /> The Association will continue to attract diverse entertainment at the Fair <br /> and may expand its advertisement of entertainment acts/events in the <br /> ethnic media. <br /> <br /> Fair and Non-Fair Events - Vendors and Concessionaires <br /> <br /> The Association will: <br /> <br />A. Establish formal procedures for the solicitation and outreach of fair <br /> concessionaires and exhibitors; <br /> <br />B. Ensure all applicants have an equal opportunity in the competitive bid <br /> process; <br /> <br />C. Develop written procedures for the selection of non-Fair events, to ensure <br /> there is continuity for access of information; and <br /> <br />D. Grievance Handling for Vendors and Concessionaires <br /> <br /> 1. The Association will establish a formal grievance handling <br /> process/procedures and communicate this information to all <br /> vendors and concessionaires; and <br /> <br />The process/procedures will ensure there is appropriate follow-up <br />to the public grievance. <br /> <br />Non-Fair Events - Public and Non-Profits <br /> <br /> <br />
