FIRE SERVICE CONTRACT into on this / ~/ day of THIS AGREEMENT made and , 1975, by and between the City of Pleasanton, a muni~ipal corporation, hereinafter called City and THE HOUSI~G AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTO~ , hereinafter called "Property ~HEREAS, Property Owner has requested that City provide structural fire protection to buildings and structures owned by the-~roo~r~y- ~--- Owner ~-~ :=nd outside the territorial limits of City .on a contracthral fee basis. IT IS HEREBY AGREED between said parties as follows: City will provide, as if the property hereinafter described by Property Owner were within ~h_ City, first run structural fire protection for all buildings and structures located upon all that certain land owned by Property C~¢ner, commlonly known as .,o.~.-n~O~'Z ~= ' -s~l~ ' Village, and City will provide first run fire pro- tection for all brush, grass, forest, range lands and agricultural land located upon all that certain land owned by Propert'3 Owner, commonly known as Komandorski Village, upon the following payr..ent to the city by Property C~;ner in accordance with the following schedule: Property Owner shall pay to the City four htm. dred dcllars/ month ($400.00). Each payment is to be due and payable on the first day of each month of the period of this contract.
