uPon the effective date of annexation of the property of <br />Property Owner to City or other public agency the responsibilities <br />and obligations of City hereunder shall cease. <br /> It is agreed that firs% run structural fire protection by City <br />shall afford to the Property O~ner fire protection on the basis of <br />currently available equipment and personnel and that such equip- <br />ment and personnel may change from time to time during the term of <br />this agreement. <br /> City shall provide an annual inspection of the property, <br /> co~only known as Komandorski Village, which is protected under <br /> this agreemen't and P~operty Owner shell co-operate and parti- <br /> cipate in the annual weed abatement program of City. City shall <br /> m~<e a report to the Property Owner of the resutts o.f any such ' <br /> inspections. <br /> City shall report to Property Owner after each fire on <br /> Property Owner's property. If it is suspected that the fire was <br /> caused by arson, the report shall state the facts upon which this <br /> suspicion is based.
