Provide a baseline year and projection analyses for an average <br /> year,a single dry year,and multiple dry years per SB 610 guidelines.Account for proposed water <br /> conservation. <br /> Draft Technical Memorandum <br /> a Prepare Draft SB 610 WSA: Prepare draft WSA detailing data evaluation and recommendations <br /> and documenting process, including exhibits and graphics. <br /> • Prepare Final SB 610 WSA: Prepare the final WSA incorporating one round of City comments. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Electronic version (via Dropbox)of the draft Water Supply Assessment <br /> a Electronic version (via Dropbox)of final Water Supply Assessment <br /> Task 5: Preparation of Public Review Draft Program EIR <br /> Upon receipt of final City staff comments on the Screencheck Draft Program EIR, FCS will proceed with <br /> finalizing and producing the Draft Program EIR for public review.This task assumes technical staff time to <br /> complete revisions to the Draft Program EIR, plus editing and administrative staff time to prepare the <br /> document for publication. We assume that all City staff comments will be consolidated into one <br /> document before delivery to FCS. <br /> FCS will prepare, and City staff will distribute, copies of the Draft Program EIR to responsible agencies <br /> and the public for a 45-day public review period. FCS will provide an electronic version (via CEQAnet)of <br /> the Notice of Completion (NOC)and Governor's Office of Planning and Research (OPR's)summary form <br /> and the Draft Program EIR,technical appendices, NOC, NOA, in accordance with OPR's CEQA Submission <br /> requirements. The State Clearinghouse (SCH)will distribute the Draft Program EIR to state agencies. <br /> Submittal of the Draft Program EIR to the SCH will formally commence the 45-day review period.This <br /> Scope of Work assumes that City staff will prepare the Notice of Availability(NOA)and be responsible for <br /> local distribution and noticing, including, but not limited to, newspaper noticing or radius mailing. <br /> Deliverables <br /> a Electronic version (via Dropbox)of the Draft Program EIR to the City.The Draft Program EIR will be <br /> provided in searchable PDF format. <br /> a Ten hard copies of the Draft Program EIR (with appendices on CD)to the City.
