I live at Persimmon Circle in Pleasanton. I have reviewed the proposed project <br />P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive and am in support of the proposed lot split and development <br />of the two new homes. I also want to state that I fully support the two story home proposed on Parcel A which <br />fronts Martin Avenue. There is already an overwhelming precedence of two story homes in that area. I see no <br />reason to change that at this point in time with only a handful of lots left to be built on.
