This would not constitute a new or <br />more severe impact compared to the analysis in the 1998 HVSP FEIR. <br />FEIR Mitigation Measures <br />No mitigation measures were included in the 1998 HVSP FEIR. <br />Conclusion <br />The homes with ADUs built as part of this proposed project will be far more energy efficient and use <br />more renewable energy than homes would have been built in 1998 at the time of certification of the <br />1998 HVSP EIR. The proposed project would not result in new or more severe impacts with regards <br />to energy.
