Irrigation and <br />stormwater would be collected and directed to onsite stormwater facilities which would include <br />bioretention areas and silva cells. No water would be directly released into the creek. The project <br />would result in 55,425 square feet of impervious surface and would result in a net decrease in <br />impervious area within the project site. Approximately 44,763 square feet of pervious area would <br />remain out of the total 2.3-acre project site.
