The total
programmed amount in the four-year Capital Improvement Program for CIP 24174 is
$4,000,000, which includes a budget allowance of approximately $1,500,000 for feasibility
review (Phase I) and $2,500,000 for final design (first part of Phase II). Amendment No.1 to the
agreement between the City and Zone 7 for Phase I increases anticipated City expenditures
associated with the agreement to $1,283,231, which leaves a remaining Phase I balance of
$216,769. Expenditures for final design activities will occur after the completion of the
feasibility review, on approval to proceed by the City Council, and are anticipated to be less
than the total programmed funding.

Prepared by: Submitted by: Approved by:

Ryan Smith, Assistant Dir. of
Public Works - Utilities
Siew-Chin Yeong, Director of Public
Works

Gerry Beaudin, City
Manager

Attachments:
1.
