DRAFT <br />CIPPP-01 <br />Page 13 of 16 <br />Additional Considerations <br />Revisions to this prioritization process are not intended to release or alter the City’s current <br />obligations to complete specific CIP projects by specified deadlines, as may be imposed by court <br />order or order of any federal, state, or local regulatory agency. <br />CIPPP Program Update <br />It is essential that the CIPPP be updated regularly to ensure that prioritization remains <br />consistent with the City’s priorities and concerns. The CIPPP should be reviewed and updated <br />as necessary at the beginning of the new CIP cycle or within one year of the adoption of an <br />updated ONE Pleasanton Strategic Plan, whichever comes first. Changes and updates to the <br />CIPPP require City Council review and approval. <br />Updates shall be based on other City-adopted plans such as the Climate Action Plan, adopted <br />master plans, adopted specific plans, etc. <br />History <br />Adopted by Resolution xxx – 12/17/2024 <br />Page 320 of 893
