3 of 5 <br />Fee <br />Each Continuing education or training presentation will be billed hourly for preparation and <br />presentation time. <br />VMWP billings for training sessions shall,under no circumstance,exceed 24 billable hours.Refer to <br />Exhibit D for in-place hourly rates. <br />2.Schedule <br />The consultant anticipates that work will be completed on an as-needed basis.Due to the complexities <br />of managing staff availability,VMWP guarantees the provision of on-call services given a notification <br />not less than one month prior to the desired completion date for the review. <br />4.Compensation <br />Compensation shall be based upon the fee break out for each task above.Refer to VMWP’s hourly rate <br />schedule appended to Exhibit D. <br />Reimbursables <br />Reimbursable expenses include our direct costs for coordination printings including client review sets <br />and planning submittals.It also includes travel,messenger,mail and other miscellaneous expenses <br />through Construction.Reimbursable expenses such as printing,messenger,travel,etc.shall be <br />preapproved by the client,are in addition to the fee,and will be billed at cost plus ten percent. <br />5.General Conditions <br />Additional general conditions are enumerated in Exhibit C,appended to this agreement.In the event <br />that any of these general conditions differ from this agreement,the specific terms in this agreement <br />shall supersede. <br />6.Additional Services <br />Additional services include,but are not limited to the following: <br />1.Submittals requested by the client in excess of those defined in the provided scope <br />2.Project or Jurisdictional Meetings or public hearings in excess of those defined in provided scope <br />3.Preparation of any documents or revisions resulting from client request or third party or <br />jurisdictional review beyond those which VMWP reasonably anticipates for this project (see <br />schedule above). <br />4.Redesign services in order to comply with the new adoption of,or material change to codes, <br />laws,regulations,or interpretations that necessitate material changes to previously prepared <br />Instruments of Service. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 28F5B703-43CA-4A9C-9D94-D367760F2C73Docusign Envelope ID: A8109593-EE7E-444C-A9E2-9F18AE6CF9A4
