The community center is intended to serve the <br />needs of the apartment residents, and it includes a manager’s office, multi-purpose room, <br />kitchen, laundry area, etc. In addition to the community center, Village 4 also provides an <br />approximately 7,800-square-foot outdoor open-space area with shade structures and a <br />playground, located between Buildings A1 and A2. <br /> <br />Similar to single-family homes, the design of the proposed multiple-family buildings shows <br />California style architecture characterized by composition shingle roof, cementitious board- <br />and-batten siding, stone veneer wall with precast wall cap at the ground floor porch, vinyl <br />window with cementitious trim, and trellis above the upper floor balconies.
