Figure 2: Overall Project Layout

Village 4/Multi-Family Affordable Rental Development
Located in the northeast corner of the project site, Village 4 consists of four multi-family
residential buildings (and one community amenity building) with a total of 101 affordable
residential units and one on-site manager unit. It is anticipated that 45 of the units would be
one-bedroom units, 26 would be two-bedroom, and 31 would be three-bedroom. Each of the
buildings would range in size from approximately 14,269 square feet to 24,072 square feet,
and the units would range in size from approximately 510 square feet to 1,060 square feet.
The maximum height of the multifamily buildings would be approximately 38 feet 10 inches.
Village 4 also includes a community center, picnic and play areas, and a pedestrian connection
to the Iron Horse Trail along the project frontage on Busch Road.

Figure 3 shows the layout of the multi-family portion of the project in more detail. The closest
residential building (Building B-2) in Village 4 is located approximately 200 feet from the PGS
transfer station. The project plans show landscaping, parking spaces and drive aisle are
proposed as a buffer separating commercial operations from residential uses.
