Element 10 – SSMP Audits <br />City of Pleasanton Sewer System Management Plan, July 2025 36 <br />10.0: Element 10 – SSMP Audits <br />The Plan shall include internal audit procedures, appropriate to the size and performance of <br />the system, for the Enrollee to comply with section 5.4 the General Order. <br />10.1: City SSMP Audit Procedures <br />The City shall perform internal audits of the SSMP on a triennial (every 3 years) basis per the <br />requirements of the General Order and a certified Audit Report will be completed, certified <br />and uploaded to CIWQS no later than six (6) months following the end of the three-year audit <br />period. If the results of the audit require updates or changes to the sewer program, the content <br />and timeline to complete those changes will be described in the audit correctives action plan, <br />and as the changes are made, they will be tracked in the SSMP Change Log. <br />The milestone for the next SSMP audit is included in Section 1.2. <br />10.2: References <br />• WDR Attachment D – Section 10 <br />• SSMP Audit Report: 8/2/21 to 8/2/24 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
