That review will involve confirmation of the sizing criteria for the generators, loading that was arrived at and City input on the size and capacity of the generators. Subtask 4.3b – Site Visit to confirm existing data $9,064 Our project team will make a site visit to each of the sites to evaluate those locations, existing infrastructure and existing site conditions. The site visit will include taking notes, taking pictures of the sites and equipment layout, checking proximity of physical features, documenting location of power pole and turn around access for fuel trucks. Subtask 4.3c – Preparation of Design Criteria Technical Memorandum $11,297 Our project team will author a Technical Memorandum (TM) on confirmation and validation of the design approach for the project. This TM will include a summary of the design criteria to be applied for the project based on City of Pleasanton and industry standard requirements. The TM will provide a path forward for design and construction of the generators for each of the sites included for the project. Deliverable: Draft and Final TM (PDF) Subtask 4.3d – Facility Design and Preparation of Bid Documents $106,908 Our project team will develop design elements for the generators at each of the sites in preparation of the bid documents for the project. The design will include plans and specifications for a competitive bid for the generator replacement project. Deliverable: 65%, 95%, and 100% Design Submittals and Cost Estimate (PDF) Task 5 – Building Department Review $13,602 Wood Rodgers will prepare a review set of contract documents for building department review. Our project team will provide response to comments from the building department review and we have budgeted for resubmittal a total of two times for approval of the project. Deliverable(s): Addressing review comments and two resubmittals of contract documents Task 6 – Fire Department Review $21,920 Wood Rodgers will prepare a review set of contract documents for fire department review.
