Staff presented the proposed
recommendations to amend the PMC to update the industrial definitions and establish a third
type of industrial use definition – IBB, modify the list of permitted uses, modify the design
review requirements, modify development standards for industrial districts, and enhance City
website content to provide zoning information for prospective businesses. The EVC members
asked clarifying questions regarding the recommendations. No formal action was taken other
than to receive the update and provide feedback.
