Advocacy & Partnerships (10%)
Objective: Position PDA as a strong advocate and partner for downtown growth.
- Tourism & Regional Partnerships: Cross-promotion campaigns with Livermore, Danville, and Dublin
downtowns; partnerships with Tri-Valley wineries and breweries for joint events.
- Economic Development Studies: Commissioning retail gap analysis to attract businesses that fill
needs (e.g., boutique fitness, children’s stores); evaluating housing/downtown synergy to attract new
customer bases.
- Business Recruitment & Retention: Targeted outreach to unique, high-value tenants (specialty food,
local makers); incentives for businesses to sign leases downtown.
Outcome: Stronger voice at the regional level, reduced vacancies, and a curated downtown business
mix.
Business Testimonials
Maven & Co.
