Some information may be included in a URL directing staff to Veoci: • Incident/threat • EOC activation level • EOC operating hours/location • Reporting instructions for activated staff (time, location, general responsibilities) • Time of the initial incident briefing • EOC contact information Facility Set-Up Primary EOC City of Pleasanton Operations Service Center (OSC) Remillard Conference Room 3333 Busch Road Pleasanton, CA 94566 During activation notifications, the EOC Coordinator notifies the Public Works Director or senior staff member on duty (for off-hours activations) and provides the following information: • Need for immediate use of the facility until further notice • Request for immediate and orderly shutdown of activities taking place at OSC • Orderly removal of non-City personnel • Begin setup of tables and chairs in the OSC • Request access to EOC storage closet Public Works provides ancillary support for EOC Setup. Additional activated staff will support EOC set up upon arrival at the OSC. Alternate EOC Pleasanton Police Department | Briefing Room 4833 Bernal Avenue Pleasanton, CA 94566 During activation notifications, the EOC Coordinator notifies the Police Department (925) 931-5122 to request availability of the Briefing Room. Additional activated staff will support EOC set up upon arrival at the OSC. Virtual EOC The City of Pleasanton EOC will typically operate in a virtual or hybrid environment unless the conditions of the incident prove to be complex enough that it is beneficial for response coordination to occur in person.
