W Las Positas Blvd Multimodal Project – Amendment 03
City of Pleasanton

5 OF 8
Archaeological Survey Report (ASR)
Written by a professionally-qualified archaeologist, this report documents the efforts to identify archaeological resources within the Archaeological APE. It will also document the required Native American outreach efforts that are to be completed by Caltrans.
Historic Resource Evaluation Report (HRER)
Written by a professionally qualified architectural historian, this report documents the efforts to identify and evaluate built environment resources for the National Register of Historic Places within the Architectural APE. Each evaluation requires its own DPR form appended to the HRER. After District review, this requires a 30-day review at SHPO.
When there are no resources requiring evaluation, the HRER will not be required. Caltrans PQS will confirm whether resources may be exempted from evaluation or when historic evaluations are simple enough that DPR forms can be submitted without a HRER.
DELIVERABLES
Draft and Final Traffic Study Technical Memorandum
Draft and Final APE Map
Draft and Final ASR
Draft and Final HPSR
All deliverables to be submitted electronically in pdf format only unless noted otherwise
Task 6.2.1.
