5 Addendum to the Environmental Impact Report for the Arroyo Lago Residential Project City of Pleasanton Cultural Resources Analysis FCS will assess the potential for existing and undiscovered cultural and TCRs on the project site and provide a comparative analysis to impacts identified in the County Project EIR. The results will be incorporated directly into the appropriate sections of the Addendum (i.e., no stand-alone study will be prepared). This section will include recommendations for further study and/or mitigation within the project area, as needed. Copies of all correspondence and site survey photographs will be appended to the Addendum. Should the City request additional field work or a stand-alone report, it would be covered under a separate Scope. FCS notes that annexation may trigger the need for the City to re-engage in Tribal consultation per Senate Bill 18. Should the City request FCS assistance with this consultation, it would be covered under a separate Scope. Noise Impact Analysis FCS will provide a comparative analysis to impacts identified in the County Project EIR prepared for the County related to noise analysis to evaluate the potential construction and operational noise impacts on noise-sensitive land uses in the project vicinity. The analysis will be qualitative in nature and will be wholly contained in the Addendum and the supporting technical data will be appended to the document; no stand-alone report will be prepared. Should the City request a quantitative analysis that would require additional modeling or a stand- alone report, it would be covered under a separate Scope. FCS will also review and update the County Project EIR Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) to incorporate any relevant mitigation measures. City Requests to be Addressed Additionally, the Addendum will address the following items as requested by the City: The annexation of the proposed project into the City, including related actions, such as the pre-zoning of the project site; Any growth-inducing impacts related to annexation and connection to City utilities and services; Incorporation of information/analysis to address the City’s comments on the County Project EIR; Incorporation of the results of the City’s peer review on the applicant-provided Geotechnical Report; and Incorporation of information/analysis to sufficiently address the items raised in the recent comment letter from the Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) to the County. DELIVERABLE: Electronic copy (via email in Microsoft Word format) of the Administrative Draft Addendum to the City. Task 5: Screencheck Draft Addendum This Scope assumes that the City would provide one set of consolidated, vetted comments (with tracked changes in the Word document) on the Administrative Draft Addendum.
