6 <br />Addendum to the Environmental Impact Report for <br />the Arroyo Lago Residential Project <br />City of Pleasanton <br />Note that this Scope assumes only one round of comments and revisions to the Administrative Draft <br />Addendum. Should hours spent on this task exceed the cost identified herein, FCS will coordinate with the City <br />regarding the need for additional funds to ensure implementation of all comments in the Screencheck. <br />DELIVERABLE: <br />ƒElectronic copy (via email in Microsoft Word format and PDF) of the Screencheck Draft Addendum to the <br />City. <br />Task 6: Final Addendum <br />This Scope assumes that the City would provide one set of consolidated, vetted comments (with tracked <br />changes in the Word document) on the Administrative Draft Addendum. It is assumed that these comments <br />would be relatively minor in nature. Once FCS receives these comments, FCS will complete revisions and <br />prepare a Final Addendum. Note that this Scope assumes only one round of City comments and revisions to <br />the Administrative Draft Addendum. Should hours spent on this task exceed the cost identified herein, FCS <br />shall coordinate with the City regarding the need for additional funds to ensure implementation of all comments <br />in the Addendum. <br />FCS will prepare the Notice of Determination (NOD). This Scope assumes that the City has a copy of the <br />receipt for payment of filing fees from the City and no Notice of Exemption would be required. This Scope also <br />assumes that the City or applicant will be responsible for filing the NOD with the County Clerk and paying the <br />County Clerk Processing Fee. <br />DELIVERABLE: <br />ƒElectronic copy (via email in PDF) of the Final Addendum to the City. <br />Task 7: Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />FCS will prepare an MMRP, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15097. The MMRP will summarize the <br />mitigation measures from the County project EIR that would be applicable to the proposed project along with <br />any necessary refinements to those mitigation measures. This Scope includes time to address one round of <br />City comments on the MMRP. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />ƒElectronic copy (via email in Microsoft Word format) of the draft MMRP to the City. <br />ƒElectronic copy (via email in PDF) of the MMRP to the City. <br />Task 8: Public Hearing Attendance <br />This Scope assumes that FCS’s Director and Project Manager will attend one public hearing for the project. <br />This Scope also assumes that the hearing will be held virtually. A time budget of five hours per person is <br />assumed for preparation and attendance.
