<br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Staff inspection of installed Gulf Gas Station signage package <br />On April 17, 2025, staff conducted an on-site inspection to compare the installed signage package <br />against the approved Zoning Administrator signage package. The results of that inspection are: <br /> <br />• Wall, Canopy, Pump Signage – In compliance <br />o Signage design and colors comply <br />o Signage dimensions comply <br /> <br />• Monument Sign – Not in compliance <br />o Sign design and colors comply <br />o Brick base and side surrounds comply <br />o Sign height does not comply (see Photo 1 below) <br /> Approved monument sign height exceeds the height of previous monument <br />sign (protrudes above the height of the existing brick surround), which was <br />explicitly not allowed per the ZA approval. <br /> <br />As a result, the installed monument sign is required to be changed so the signage panel does not <br />exceed the height of the existing brick surround. <br /> <br />Photo 1 – Out of Compliance Monument Sign <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 27 of 399
