Scenario P-1 <br />• Phase 1: <br />- Site 1 with wrap garage with BART rider parking as well as residential parking for <br />Sites 1 and 2. <br />- Site 2 with one or two mixed-use buildings (residential & retail/commercial) and no <br />parking. <br />• Phase 2: <br />- Site 3 with one or two buildings and podium parking and residential potentially with <br />retail.
