This includes establishing a
financial reporting and tracking system that supports transparency, fiscal responsibility, and audit
readiness. The CONSULTANT will assist in developing a program funding strategy and identifying
grant and loan opportunities working within the funding limits established through approved
rates. The master
schedule will support the identification of resources required to deliver the program and projects.
The CONSULTANT will support project prioritization and sequencing based on WSMP, SSMP,
regulatory requirements, and operational needs, and develop an implementation roadmap.
