There being no speakers, Mayor Balch closed <br />the public comment. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Nibert/Testa to approve Implementation Scenario 1 - Maintain <br />as recommended with the addition of a City Council workshop to review rate <br />structure. Motion passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br />Councilmember Testa requested a public safety update regarding I.C.E and the <br />potential impact on the City of Pleasanton community. The request failed due to lack of <br />majority consensus. <br />Councilmember Testa requested a discussion to add a half-cent sales tax measure to <br />the 2026 ballot.
