PAGE ͯ of ͳ <br />Phase 3 – Prepare Water System Management Plan  <br />Carollo will develop the initial WSMP as defined by the work plan from Phase ͮ. For budget purposes, the <br />following describes anticipated tasks. These tasks shall be confirmed by the work plan and Carollo shall <br />receive written authorization from the City’s Project Manager prior to performing any services related to <br />these tasks. <br />Task  5 – WSMP Report  <br />Carollo will develop a Water System Management Plan (WSMP) report for guidance of the City’s water <br />system program. The report will be organized into chapters by the program elements shown in Attachment <br />ͭ and as described in the tasks below. Carollo will develop a Draft WSMP report for City comment and <br />review. Carollo will incorporate City comments into a Final WSMP report. <br />Task ͱ ‐ Deliverables:  <br />- WSMP Report (Draft and Final) <br />Task  6 – WSMP Website   <br />This task includes an allowance for Carollo to develop an internal WSMP website in Microsoft SharePoint <br />that’s purpose is to aid in the City’s use of the WSMP as a living document. The WSMP website would host <br />the WSMP report, audits, and log of future changes to be included in the next comprehensive update. <br />Additionally, the website may have a dashboard to track selected key performance indicators (KPIs) and <br />visualize / track the implementation of WSMP recommended programs, projects, and actions. Carollo will <br />conduct a workshop to brainstorm with City staff the desired functionality prior to development of the site. <br />City user licenses for Microsoft SharePoint and ESRI ArcGIS (if incorporated) would be utilized. <br />Task Ͳ ‐ Deliverables:  <br />- WSMP Website Workshop Agenda <br />- WSMP Website <br />Task  7 – Administration  <br />Carollo will conduct a workshop with the City to develop goals for the water system program and <br />corresponding key performance indicators (KPIs) that allow the City to quantifiably assess the program’s <br />performance. As part of the process, Carollo will provide a list of common goals and KPIs from other water <br />agencies and AWWA benchmarking for review to help develop those that are most appropriate for the <br />City’s vision. <br />Carollo will conduct a workshop with the City to develop a list of needed policies (including general policy <br />statements) to guide the water system program. This list of policies will be categorized by program <br />elements listed in Attachment ͭ.
