<br />City of Pleasanton 3 Woodard & Curran, Inc. <br />Advanced Planning Projects – Sewer Infrastructure Impact December 11, 2025 <br />Subtask 3.2 <br />This subtask includes model runs for Project 3’s upper and lower density scenarios as defined <br />in Subtask 1.2. These scenarios will use the scenarios from subtask 2.1 as baseline sewer loads. <br />If a capacity project is identified under this subtask, the number of units required to “trigger” a <br />capacity project will be determined, and a planning-level cost estimate developed. This task <br />also includes one (1) coordination meeting with City staff to discuss findings. <br />Task 4 – Advanced Planning Project Evaluation Technical Memorandums <br />Woodard & Curran will summarize the model results and scenario development in two brief <br />Technical Memorandums (TM) for review by the City.
