The weighting scales up each score according to the weighting identified by the City. The <br />highest project alternative score possible is 100, assuming the selected criteria weights applied. The <br />alternative with the highest score ranks the highest based on this evaluation. It should be noted that the <br />evaluation does not consider cost. Section 5.3 summarizes the cost evaluation and Section 5.4 provides a <br />cost-to-benefit ratio for each alternative.
