The proposed project is consistent with the types of projects covered in the PEIR. No <br />changed circumstances are present, and the inclusion of areas outside of the CalVTP treatable landscape <br />would not give rise to any new significant impacts. Therefore, no new impact related to recreation would <br />occur.
