Treatment would not be implemented within the occupied habitat. Any
treatment activities outside occupied habitat would be a sufficient distance from
the occupied habitat such that mortality, injury, or disturbance of the species
would not occur, as determined by a qualified RPF or biologist using the most
current and commonly accepted science and considering published agency
guidance; OR
2. Treatment would be implemented outside the sensitive period of the species’ life
history (e.g., outside the breeding or nesting season), during which the species
may be more susceptible to disturbance or disturbance could result in loss of
eggs or young. For species present year-round, CDFW and/or USFWS/NOAA
Fisheries would be consulted to determine if there is a period of time within
Initial
Treatment: Y
Treatment
Maintenance:
Y
Prior to
and
during
The City of
Pleasanton
The City of
Pleasanton
